Who can apply

Registered members enrolled in an undergraduate degree majoring in te reo Māori at a recognised NZ tertiary institution. One scholarship awarded annually, up to 3 scholars funded at once. Named for the late Kath Hemi QSM, a Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō matriarch and te reo advocate. Ineligible for other education grants/scholarships from the Trust while holding it.
