Education Grants — Pre-School to Apprenticeship

Tiered education grants for Ngāti Tama ki Te Waipounamu tamariki and rangatahi, from pre-school ($200) to tertiary ($1,000-$1,500) and apprenticeships (up to $1,000).

Who can apply

Registered members of Ngāti Tama ki Te Tauihu. “All education grants can only be provided once per financial year.” Secondary, tertiary and apprenticeship grants are applied for via the Māori Education Trust; pre-school/primary/intermediate grants are applied for directly to the iwi.
