Secondary and tertiary study grant for the children and grandchildren of Aohanga Incorporation shareholders.
Before you apply
The eligibility rule is narrower than the other trusts in this group and worth reading twice. It is not whakapapa to the incorporation, it is being a child or grandchild of a shareholder who is still living. A great-grandchild, or a descendant of a shareholder who has passed, does not meet it as written. Covers secondary from Year 9 as well as tertiary, so one grant serves the whole whānau. Late or incomplete forms are not considered. The portal and the page give slightly different cut-offs, 30 March 3pm against 29 March 5pm, so treat 29 March as the deadline. Payments are distributed by the Māori Education Trust after a letter of acceptance. Enquiries to nzaohangashareholder@deloitte.co.nz.
