Who can apply

Trusts, authorities or other formally recognised bodies, or gazetted Māori Reservations, with tikanga-based governance, seeking to develop papakāinga on Marae or Māori housing on Māori Freehold Land or Treaty Settlement Land. Individuals, for-profit groups, and institutional marae tied to a school, church, the armed forces or a social service provider cannot apply
