Who can apply

Read on the council's page, quoted verbatim: projects should meet one or more of "Participation" (creating "opportunities for local communities to engage with, and participate in, local arts activities"), "Diversity" (supporting "the diverse artistic and cultural traditions of local communities"), or "Young people" (enabling those "under 18 years" to "engage with and participate in the arts").
