Health grant for registered Ngāti Tūrangitukua hapū members towards dental, eyesight or hearing costs, up to $500 per application.
Before you apply
For paid treatment, NTCT reimburses the applicant on receipt of a copy of receipts; for a quote, the Trust pays the service provider directly. Application form: ngatiturangitukua.co.nz/_files/ugd/ef5735_5a2152d8915c4695abd740f74a4b6f8d.pdf. Send to puna@turangitukua.co.nz or PO Box 221, Tūrangi. The form itself lists several other Tūwharetoa-area entities that "may supply health grants" — Lake Rotoaira Forest Trust, Lake Taupō Charitable Trust, East Taupō Lands, Tuaropaki and Wharetoto — none of which are on file yet beyond the Tūwharetoa Māori Trust Board and He Akina's Taupō land trusts already covered; worth its own cluster if this seam is revisited.
