Before you apply

A dedicated taiao stream, which very few iwi run. An essay is required. Unsuccessful applicants are automatically considered for the He Iti Taku Iti Grant. Every one of these asks for a written statement on how you have contributed, or will contribute, to your hapū, marae and whānau development. That is not a formality here — it appears on every grant and scholarship, so write it once and write it properly.
